Our highly skilled production Team are experts at producing excellent quality insert and over moulded components. From off the shelf brass inserts to bespoke metal cores, we have the equipment and technology to manufacture to your exact requirements. We also carry out post-moulding insert fitting by push or heat insertion. We have devised a technique for low cost two-shot moulding which is ideally suited to low volume runs and we have two Manumold machines which are great for small mouldings, low volume runs and prototype components.
